• Masks and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Items are Final Sale unless damaged or otherwise defective. In which case, a refund or item replacement will be processed.
• Other item refunds can be requested within 14 days of the original purchase date and the item must be unopened and in its original packaging.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping charges for standard returns not considered damaged or defective.
